Using a grill brush or a metal scraper scrape away any residue. Next, soak the dirty grill grate and scrub with soapy water. Lastly, rinse off the soapy solution to reveal a clean grill grate. 

DO NOT USE A BLEACH OR OVEN CLEANER AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE STAINLESS STEEL. 

Will the grill support a cast iron pan? 

Yes, the Dragonfire^® grill grate will support a cast iron pan.
